Responsibilities
- Administrative support to procurement function.
- Contact point between head office administration and procurement function.
- Logistics arrangements for crates to producers as well as the loads from producers to processing plant
- Coordination with receipts team on which producers deliver product on which days.
- Dealing with any procurement issues when product is delivered.
- Represent acquisition by attending daily pop-up meetings
- Drafting and updating the procurement plan.
- Support with registration of new pecan producers
