Appointment Minimum Requirements:

Primary Purpose:
- Ensure the effective monitoring, evaluation, and optimization of project execution to meet City Power strategic goals. Manage performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and support decision-making through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a robust suite of project reports that provide a holistic view of key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, financial performance, and resource utilization. Create visually compelling dashboards and presentations tailored to diverse stakeholder needs, emphasizing critical project insights and trends.
- Leverage advanced tools and techniques to enhance reporting efficiency, minimizing manual input and streamlining processes. Proactively identify and implement opportunities to optimize and refine reporting practices. Support project documentation reviews as required, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- . Maintain a well-organized archive of historical project reports, ensuring seamless access for audits and reference purposes. Offer ongoing recommendations to the PMO to improve project management methodologies and address issues that could impact the delivery of strategic programs and projects. Analyse project data to identify trends, deviations, and areas requiring attention. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand specific reporting needs for individual projects or departments. Tailor reports to meet those unique requirements, ensuring the delivery of relevant and actionable insights. Monitor and report on project risks and issues, helping project managers proactively address challenges.
- Highlight potential roadblocks and recommend mitigation strategies. Keep up to date with industry best practices, advancements in reporting technologies, and emerging trends in data analytics. Recommend improvements to reporting methodologies and tools to drive continuous enhancement.
