Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate all production activities at the mining site
• Monitor and control production schedules to meet targets and minimize downtime
• Oversee the implementation of production plans and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide leadership and direction to production teams to achieve production goals
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance overall performance
• Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in PGM Flotation in the mining industry
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mining operations
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and mining software applications
