Requirements that must be met: 

• Bachelor of Science degree or similar B Tech degree. Majors in microbiology, biochemistry, chemical pathology, or genetics will be advantageous as well as experience in working with laboratory equipment.
• A good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. English is the primary business language.
• Possess high levels of self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a team.

Summary of duties and responsibilities: 

• Achieve sales targets.
• Dealing with existing clients and new clients who contact the Company.
• Establishing and developing relationships with the clients
• Taking specifications from the client, researching the products required and correlating these to the products sold by the Company and developing a quotation for the client.
• Following up with the clients
• Support and assist external sales representatives where necessary.
• Update and maintain the customer database.
