  • Proven sourcing track record
  • Human Resources qualification (beneficial)

  • Languages: English, Afrikaans, Xhosa (advantageous)

Job Objectives:

  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs
  • You will play a critical role in identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding them through the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions
  • Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Screen and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and track progress
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
  • Negotiate offers and prepare employment contracts
  • Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work – Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
  • Generate and maintain employee data on the JMS ERP system
  • Provide employees with leave reports on request.
