  • Ideal: IT Technician or IT Diploma or IT Support Engineer qualification (NQF Level 6) 
  • Relevant OEM Certifications, Relevant Hardware certification, Relevant MS Certifications 
  • 5 (five) years’ IT technical experience 
  • Knowledge of Active Directory Administration; Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Cloud Services
