Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):

• National Diploma in Quality Management/Engineering/Built Environment/Auditing at NQF6 with 240 credits

Related Minimum Experience:

• 3 Years experience in a technical quality control inspections and tests environment including special processes i.e. material specifications/requirements, welding and fabrication inspections etc./quality management system implementation and auditing with a special process training qualification as an International Welding Specialist (IWS) or International Welding Professional (IWP)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide input to the development of Contract Quality Plans (CQPs) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Provide inspection services for all stages of manufacturing, shipping and transportation, preservations, site works, commissioning, outages, maintenance, operations, data books and handover.
• Execute inspection and test measuring and monitoring services for special processes.
• Provide supplier quality specification and related documentation.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and reporting.
