Key Performance Areas:

  • Administer deceased and Insolvent Estates, Curatorships, Trusts and all aspects related to the administration thereof; Determine and asses estate duties in terms of the Estate Duties Act; Conduct research and draft legal documents; Render administrative function of the office.
