Senior Project Manager needed at Media24 Ltd

What the role entails:

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and close projects while ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget. Collaborate with teams to meet milestones and deliver high-quality results.
• Agile Leadership:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning. Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization.
• Stakeholder Communication:Act as the main point of contact for clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams. Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Risk & Resource Management:Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Optimize resource allocation to balance workload and efficiency.
• Quality Assurance & Testing:Oversee testing phases to ensure high standards and smooth deployments. Work closely with QA teams to address defects and validate functionality.
• Release & Deployment:Plan and coordinate releases while ensuring system stability. Monitor post-launch performance and address issues promptly.
• Budget & Financial Oversight:Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report financial status. Ensure accurate forecasting and cost control throughout the project

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of projectmanagement experience in a digital / software agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and risk management
• Experience with projectmanagement tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification (preferred).
