• Clover is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Distribution department at Clover Head Office in Roodepoort. This position will analyse & interpret Business Information, prepare required presentations & Business Cases for Exco, E-Band Managers, Clover Customers and other Business Units.

Requirements    

• Degree – Industrial Engineering
• Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
• Experience in working with senior management
• People management experience 
• Business English: Fluent
• Computer literacy (Advanced)
• Code 08 Driver’s license
• Work in extreme conditions

Duties and Responsibilities    
Analyse & Interpret Business Information/ Processes        

• Develop & maintain KPI performance reports and distributes them to stakeholders (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)        
• Help to establish performance metrics at the operational and departmental level using various frameworks, working with relevant departments        
• Performs detailed analysis, identify gaps and find opportiunies/solution to improve and save money.        
• Prepare presentations for Exco, E-Band Managers, Customers and other stakeholders
• Develop KPI dashboards using Cognos Workspace Advanced        

Provides Project Management Support        

• Prepare business cases for opportunities identified and present to management for approval        
• Develop Project Plans with inputs from all roll players        
• Coordinate Projects        
• Ensure Projects is implemented On-Time, within budget and without Business Interruption              

System implementation, management and maintenance support        

• Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows        
• Write and update standard operating procedures (SOP)        
• Develop the required master- and transactional data integration specifications for new systems to be implemented        
• Develop and establish master data maintenance procedures and methods for new systems        
• Big data analysis relevant to supply chain and distribution                

Supply chain modelling and cost analysis        

• Perform analyses with data using mathematical analysis and analytical models         
• Perform routing and scheduling exercises using Plato and Roadshow for Primary and Secondary distribution fleets.        
• Assist with new principal costings and RFP documentation completion
