Role purpose

  • To develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue for Syngenta’s product portfolio. 
  • The Campaign Lead will enhance Syngenta’s value proposition through innovative marketing strategies, manage specific product portfolios, create impactful campaigns, and oversee performance tracking against budget and prior year results.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and product life-cycle stages.
  • Design and coordinate campaign execution across traditional marketing channels, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Translate product offerings into compelling customer-centric value propositions.
  • Conduct monthly tracking and reporting on portfolio performance vs. budget and prior year results.
  • Analyze campaign performance and market trends to inform future strategies.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in all marketing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the digital marketing lead to ensure integrated, omni-channel campaign approaches.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive integrated solutions and campaign success.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Experience 

Critical Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of agricultural industry, including crop protection, seed care, and on-farm activities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of traditional marketing principles and channels.
  • Strong grasp of commercial concepts and product development processes.
  • Understanding of agronomy and its application in marketing contexts.
  • Awareness of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles to facilitate collaboration with the digital team.
