• A well-established company specialising in portable sanitation, ablution solutions and related site services is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales function and drive business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field would be advantageous
• 5+ years’ experience in a sales management role
• Proven experience managing and motivating a sales team
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in B2B sales and business development
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
