About the Role

• As an Operation Engineer, you’ll maintain and optimize production infrastructure, design automation scripts, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure service continuity.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing system automation scripts and tools
• Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues
• Maintaining service continuity and carrying out necessary automation
• Monitoring and maintaining critical infrastructure for high availability and performance
• Investigating and diagnosing operational problems and implementing corrective actions
• Utilizing data analytics to monitor system performance and inform decision-making
• Understanding critical issues and local business needs
• Developing new solutions and proposing ideas to improve tools and processes

Requirements

• Cultivate a growth and continuous improvement mindset
• Be customer service oriented with essential rigor and curiosity
• Be proficient in a scripting language such as bash/powershell/python
• Be able to work with databases (simple SQL queries) or XML content
• Be capable of implementing quality controls with scripting or Postman
• Have the ability to automate processes
• Be open to collaboration with other data science and data engineer teams
• Be willing to work in an agile methodology environment
