What you’ll do: 

  • Become a Talent Magnet: Craft and implement innovative recruitment strategies in collaboration with the TA team, that attract the brightest minds in data and technology. Think hackathons, tech meetups, and building a strong employer brand within the data science and tech communities.
  • Master Tech-Savvy HR: Be a part of the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles in partnership with the TA team, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. You’ll be a pro at assessing not just technical skills, but also how well candidates align with our data-driven culture.
  • Be a Data-Driven Champion: Stay ahead of the curve on market trends to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and enticing to top data and tech talent.
  • Spark Growth: Design and implement performance management systems specifically tailored to data and tech roles. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through technical skills training, data analysis workshops, and mentorship programs.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships with our data and tech teams, providing expert guidance and support on all people-related issues. You’ll be their go-to person for conflict resolution, performance management, and career development.
  • Shape our Culture: Champion a positive and inclusive work environment where diversity is celebrated, and collaboration and innovation thrive. You’ll ensure every voice is heard and valued.

What you’ll need:

  • 10 years of experience in HR in a data and technology environment. 
  • Previous experience in a SaaS, tech, or data-driven company. 
  • Certifications in Agile HR, Coaching, or Talent Management (advantageous).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of the data and tech industry, including talent management best practices.
  • Experience designing and implementing performance management systems, compensation and benefits structures, and learning and development programs tailored to the needs of data and tech professionals.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and technologies used in the data science and technology fields. This will allow you to analyze HR data and provide insights to business leaders on talent management strategies.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technologies to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
