REQUIREMENTS :

  • An appropriate undergraduate qualification at NQF level 6 as recognised by SAQA with Accounting as a major subject.
  • A minimum of one (01) to two (02) years appropriate experience in Financial Accounting and/or Budgeting.
  • Experience in Financial Budgeting and/or Debt Management will be an added advantage.
  • A valid motor vehicle driver’s licence (with the exception of persons with disabilities).

DUTIES :

  • Assist in providing proper financial budgeting.
  • Ensure the management of conditional grants and donor funding through the appropriate processes.
  • Ensure effective revenue and debt management in the District.
  • Advise on virement of funds in terms of PFMA.
