What you will do…

  • Partner closely with leaders across the business to structure a vision for Talent Acquisition aligned with MoonPay’s short-term and long-term goals. Take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process across our critical technical functions such as Engineering, Data, Security, and IT. Collaborate with the Talent team on strategic projects including employer branding, process optimization, documentation, and DEI initiatives. Leverage data to optimize hiring processes and measure success across various recruitment campaigns. Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience by coordinating with our Talent Coordinator.
  • You are a driven, ambitious Talent professional with a strong track record of building impressive, highly skilled teams. Experienced in technical recruitment in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Familiar with start-up and fintech environments, with a preference for previous experience in tech companies. Capable of working with stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-suite, to influence recruitment and fulfill organisational needs. Strong communicator in English with a passion for the crypto & Web3 industry.

What you will need…

  • Experience recruiting in a high volume, technical capacity
  • You must have experience recruiting in a Tech first environment for Technical profiles including Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists etc
  • Experience working in a start-up environment and a fintech environment is preferred
  • An ability to work with stakeholders of all levels of seniority (including Executive/C-suite level) on a day-to-day basis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Engiish are critical for this position
  • Enthusiasm for, interest in and knowledge of the crypto & web3 industry would be a big plus!
