About the job

  • Our client is looking for an Import / Export Specialist to manage global supply chain operations. In this role, you will oversee trading contracts, coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and handle customer orders from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage import/export contracts and customer orders
  • Oversee shipments, shipping documents, and customs clearance
  • Handle inventory and delivery coordination
  • Reconcile contracts and report on profitability
  • Address day-to-day customer queries and issues

Ideal Experience:

  • 6+ years in import/export logistics and inventory management
  • Strong knowledge of INCOTERMs and logistics handling
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management (preferred)
  • Experience with Letters of Credit and imports trading in Asia/Europe is a plus

Ideal Profile:

  • Self-starter, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple tasks effectively
