  • To ensure timely and accurate processing and administration of orders, inter branch transfers and requisitions to meet internal and external customer requirements.

Requirements

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

  • Grade 12

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

  • At least 2 years of experience within in Procurement environment

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

  • Receive written requests from the Stock Planner for orders or inter-branch transfers
  • Follow up with Stock Planner / Branch where transactions could not be processed  
  • Create order/ IBT (inter-branch transfer) on K8 for processing
  • Follow up with the external vendors to ensure ifan  order has been processed on their side
  • Generate weekly reports on outstanding orders and IBTs
  • Provide feedback to relevant role players on corrective actions taken
  • Follow up and clear purchase orders placed by branches
  • Generate monthly reports on outstanding orders
  • Capture data on a spreadsheet and submit it to management
  • Clear outstanding stock reports on a monthly basis
  • Regularly check that automatic purchase orders have been placed through the system, if not, process them manually
  • Action orders below minimum order value on a weekly basis
  • Provide feedback to relevant role players
