KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Lead the development and implementation of eazle Club, our new best-in-class customer loyalty programme
  • Migrate existing customers from legacy loyalty programme Bansela to eazle Club
  • Continuously research to understand key Customer pain points to optimize eazle club and drive customer value creation
  • Design and implement new processes and ways of working across internal and external stakeholders to successfully run eazle Club
  • Work with external stakeholders (technology vendors, rewards partners, etc.) to guarantee an optimal customer experience
  • Work with Local D&T, Global E-Business team and technology partners to develop eazle club so that it meets key customer pain points and HEINEKEN Beverages strategic objectives
  • Work with capability and change & comms teams to develop training and capability building materials to onboard and educate field sales teams
  • Work with internal stakeholders to set up loyalty support model
  • Work with change & comms team to develop exciting and fresh ways to keep our customers up to date on key developments
  • Explore industry best practices to continuously improve eazle Club
  • Learn, share & reapply with/from other HEINEKEN OpCos, leveraging the strength of the HEINEKEN network
  • Manage deployment & development budget together with Trade Marketing & D&T

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • University Degree in Business Administration / IT / E-Commerce

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Min 5 yrs relevant experience in sales / digital / D&T
  • Project management skills
  • Expertise in agile ways of working
  • Expertise or experience in shaping FMCG or related services Loyalty Programmes
  • Proactive and able to work flexibly and autonomously
  • Able to communicate and engage with all levels of the organisation
  • Customer-focused with a high-level of curiosity
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work in agile cross functional teams
  • Ability to learn quick and apply new knowledge (new tools/new ways of working)
  • Strategic and forward looking with a continuous improvement mindset 
  • Energetic and able to work with a big, diverse teams both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
