Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and plan change interventions for tier 1 group systems project implementations
- Identify training and project communication needs
- Manage the analysis, design, and development of training and performance support materials.
- Define and execute a Communications Plan to effectively disseminate key messages and align them with the changing business context.
- Apply a structured methodology and contribute to change management activities, developing strategies to drive adoption of the changes required by the project.
- Ensure effective implementation of the change and training plan through effective collaboration with the trainers and other stakeholders in IT and business
- Produce detailed reports and documentation to support the change management process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Knowledge of the TFG’s ADKAR change methodology
- At least 5years of experience in Change Management processes and procedures
- Prior experience in systems project implementation.
