Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and plan change interventions for tier 1 group systems project implementations  
  • Identify training and project communication needs  
  • Manage the analysis, design, and development of training and performance support materials.
  • Define and execute a Communications Plan to effectively disseminate key messages and align them with the changing business context.
  • Apply a structured methodology and contribute to change management activities, developing strategies to drive adoption of the changes required by the project.
  • Ensure effective implementation of the change and training plan through effective collaboration with the trainers and other stakeholders in IT and business
  • Produce detailed reports and documentation to support the change management process.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification  
  • Knowledge of the TFG’s ADKAR change methodology  
  • At least 5years of experience in Change Management processes and procedures
  • Prior experience in systems project implementation.
