About the job
Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 5]:
- Manage and maintain all company documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, accessible, and properly stored throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval and distribution.
- Ensure that all documents comply with internal and external regulations and standards (Hyper wave, SPO)
- Track and manage document versions, ensuring that obsolete documents are archived or destroyed.
- Liaise with different departments and stakeholders to ensure documents are distributed and filed correctly, internally and externally.
- Support project teams with document-related activities, ensuring proper documentation during project lifecycles.
- Assist with audits and ensure document compliance during internal and external audits.
- Comply to all site related governance and safety, health, environment, risk and quality (SHERQ) requirements.
- Respond to requests for information and documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
- Must be computer literate with sound knowledge of all Microsoft office applications
- Ability to manage and resolve queries timeously
- Administration and communication skills
- Knowledge of all reporting systems
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Matric (Essential)
- Diploma / Certificate in Administration preferred
