Minimum Requirements
- BCom qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, and/or related qualification.
- A minimum of five years’ HR generalist experience in a FMCG environment will be an added advantage
- Advanced Managerial Business Qualification will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Knowledge of the SAP system will be a distinct advantage.
- HR management experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
- Ability to handle and resolve conflict.
- Change management ability.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Management of team.
- Facilitation and management of business plan, budgets, and costs.
- Ensure effective human capital utilisation.
- Coach line management in the execution of their leadership role.
- Co-ordinate, administrate and report human capital management information.
- Perform specialist HR functions.
- Management of union relations.
- Management of employee and industrial relations, including third party interventions.
- Communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Driving HR Projects.
- Represent the Company at the NBCS and actively involved in Sugar Bargaining Council processes.
- HR Strategy implementation.
- Reporting and analysis of HR trends and providing meaningful business solutions.
- General HR practices (recruitment, performance management, conflict resolution).
