Using our experience we effectively partner with central resourcing functions, whilst still being able to identify candidates our clients should be proactively made aware of. Our experience offers clients a competitive edge in securing niche talent, as we’re better able to navigate and manage the internal and external influences when hiring, resulting in a 90%(+) success rate. For our candidates we offer authenticity. We are not career recruiters. We know what it means to be a candidate, client or interim. As such we’ll provide transparency, advisory insight and we understand that changing roles is a significant life event for all our candidates whether interim or perm. 85% of our work is referral based, so if we can’t provide a service that would result in a recommendation we’d rather say no. From our hubs in London and Cape Town we’ve successfully placed candidates in London, Dubai and Johannesburg as well as emerging locations such as Lagos, Nairobi and Luanda.
