Company Structure
The main policy-making body of Agfa Graphics is the Graphics Management Committee. It consists of the President and the Vice-Presidents of the different departments/regions.
With regard to its sales activities, Agfa Graphics is organized according to the regions: Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific and the Emerging Markets (Brazil, Russia, Africa…), with over forty local subsidiaries. In countries where Agfa Graphics does not have its own sales organization, the market is served by a network of agents and representatives. In China, Agfa Graphics and the Gao Deng Group set up the Agfa Graphics Asia joint-venture to combine their activities in Greater China and the ASEAN region.
Agfa Graphics has state-of-the-art printing plate manufacturing sites over the entire world, close to its customers. In addition, we have a number of sites responsible for the R&D and manufacturing of wide-format printers, as well as several dedicated sites for software development.
