Our CEO Jacintha Naidoo has 30 years working experience, with 19 of those in risk management and over 15 years in railway safety. She has in-depth experience in the manufacturing industry, parastatals and government and has been working in financial services since 2015. Jacintha’s qualifications include a Masters in Safety, Health and Environment, MBA, a Bachelor of Technology in Quality and a National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry. She has represented South Africa both in the SADC region and internationally and has delivered presentations at local and international conferences. Jacintha is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Railroad Association of South Africa.
