Paterson & Cooke is a recognised leader in the design and implementation of slurry systems and associated processes. Founded in 1991, we are an employee owned, independent engineering group that provides specialist services from our offices in Australia, Canada, Chile, South Africa, the UK and USA.

We provide specialist consulting services for the analysis and design of long distance slurry pipelines, tailings processing and pipeline systems, mine backfill systems, mine water management, marine mining and process engineering. Our consulting work is supported by comprehensive in-house laboratory and pilot test facilities that provide extensive process data to ensure our designs meet the client’s requirements.
To support our clients, our Field Service division focuses on improving the performance of mining operations through process optimization, providing equipment upgrades and retrofits and extending the working life of existing equipment.
We apply our specialist slurry and process knowledge to the design and supply of pilot process plants and the development of innovative slurry handling equipment and products.
