Requirements

Interested candidates who feel they possess the necessary commitment are invited to apply for the School Leadership Course within the Thandulwazi Teacher Development Programme. The Thandulwazi Trust covers the costs of the course’s contact sessions through funds from donations.

Requirements:

• Must be South African citizen
• Minimum Teaching Diploma or equivalent
• Currently employed in a public school

Target Audience:

• Headmasters of Primary or Secondary School   
• Deputy Headmasters of Primary and Secondary Schools
• Heads of Departments in Primary and Secondary Schools

Course Overview:

• Exploration of the theoretical principles of School Leadership
• Development and execution of school and community enhancement projects
• One year course of compulsory Saturday contact sessions at St Stithians College
• SACE Endorsed
