2x Compliance Officers (Cleaning) – Bellville – Western Cape needed at Human Accent

About the Role

• Our client is looking for a Compliance Officer (Cleaning) to join the Operations team in Bellville – Western Cape. Reporting to the Key Accounts Manager, the successful candidate will ensure that cleaning personnel comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce the company’s Disciplinary Code of Conduct
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
• Manage roster changes, leave coverage, and site requirements
• Address pay queries and ensure accurate payroll processing
• Maintain Health & Safety files and ensure compliance
• Conduct on-site training and induction for cleaning staff
• Investigate on-site allegations and report findings
• Oversee cost management, including chemicals, labour, and equipment
• Manage cleaning teams and ensure smooth startup of new sites
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric Certified
• Valid Driver’s License (Code 08)
• Strong Computer Proficiency
• 3-5 years experience in the Cleaning Industry
• 3 years’ supervisory/managerial experience
• Knowledge of Cleaning Industry regulations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
