Learnership program

• As part of our learnership program, VKB Milling offers various learnerships.
• The learnership program is intended to offer unemployed individuals the opportunity to learn and develop within the Engineering/Maintenance department. Skills are acquired through a learning period and are developed through practical experience and a blended learning approach.                            

Job Requirements

• Must be unemployed
• Grade 12 / NQF 4
• Diploma or a degree will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Competent in basic Mathematics
• Computer literate in MS Office 
• Constantly adding value to the business 
• A passion for engineering and maintenance
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and physical conditions
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
