Key Responsibility Areas:
Define inventory parameters on the Inventory window.
Implement and oversee the stocktaking process through monthly, quarterly and yearly method.
Maximize the warehouse space.
Manage Fuel Stations.
Planning, controlling and organizing the various administrative functions as well as the Human Capital function of the warehouse and stores.
Offer customer service excellence.
Plan and manage demand for products and services.
Manage all contracts for stock.
Contributes towards the development and implementation of all project plans for the section.
Monitor the disposal of all the redundant office furniture, scrap tyres and stock.
Carry out the health and safety duties in all matters pertaining to the implementation of the occupational health and safety act.
Lead, guide, control and manage monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Control and manage corporate procurement stores business directorate budget.

Essential Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management or Finance or Public Administration.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license
• 3 Years relevant experience.
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 7) in Supply Chain Management or Finance or Public Administration.
• 4 Years relevant experience.
