Description

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Undertake reception duties and ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk.
  • Undertaking clerical duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying and ordering of stationery.
  • Capturing of data, collating information and creating service orders and requisitions.
  • Co-ordinate, schedule and take minutes of the meetings for the division.
  • Retrieve, gather, collate and consolidate information from relevant managers in order to compile reports as required.

Essential Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
  • 2 Years relevant experience.
  • Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and a certificate in Administrative field.
  • 3 Years relevant experience.
