Job Description

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the process management as well as general office administration for Agrisol. The main objective of this role is to ensure exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • Grade 12/ NQF4.
  • 3 year’s proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills (multiple programmes).
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., scanners/ printers).
  • Fully Bilingual.
  • Own transport.

Duties and Responsibilities 

Process and sampling management

  • Overview and management of the turnaround time of samples.
  • Onboarding of new agents or clients.
  • Assisting agents and clients with queries regarding the sampling process. 
  • Continuous liaison with agents, clients, laboratories as well as personnel regarding the sampling process and progress.
  • Inventory management of sampling equipment.
  • Booking of new samples and laboratory collections (local and international).

General office administration

  • Switchboard
  • Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately
  • Manage and maintain calendars
  • Scheduling of meetings and appointments
  • Events management & coordination
  • Purchasing of office equipment
  • Handling of petty cash and petty cash reconciliations
  • Other job-related requirements
