- We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Manager to oversee the relationship between the company(Agency) and their client which is in retail beauty industry. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and the successful execution of projects. The Account Manager will work closely with designers, the influencer manager, and various teams to create impactful brand campaigns and initiatives across the entire client portfolio.
- As the main point of contact between the Beauty brands and the Agency, the Account Manager will manage key aspects of marketing, ensuring that campaigns align with client objectives and deliver outstanding results.
Main Job Functions:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Beauty brands and The Agency. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Campaign Briefing & Collaboration: Brief designers on creative requirements, ensuring the development and implementation of engaging and impactful brand campaigns that align with client objectives.
- Brand Campaign Strategy & Execution: Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of brand campaigns across digital and traditional marketing platforms, ensuring campaigns meet client goals and expectations.
- Influencer Collaboration: Work closely with the influencer manager to execute influencer-driven campaigns for the Beauty portfolio, aiming to increase brand visibility, engagement, and reach.
- Campaign Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor the performance of campaigns and provide regular updates and insights to clients. Offer recommendations to optimise performance and achieve better results.
- Brainstorming & Innovation: Collaborate with the client to brainstorm innovative ideas for future campaigns, helping the brand stay ahead of competitors and stand out in the market.
- Status Check-ins: Conduct weekly status meetings with clients to review ongoing projects, ensuring that work in progress is aligned with expectations and deadlines.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in account management, preferably in the beauty, retail, or marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong project management abilities, with experience in campaign development, execution, and reporting.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically when collaborating with clients and internal teams.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing strategies, influencer marketing, and industry trends.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
