Key Responsibilities:
- Client Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for assigned clients.
- Determining client needs by conducting in-person or electronic meetings to outline their goals.
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee client campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
- Relationship Management: Create and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust.
- Performance Reporting: Craft reports on client campaign performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency in team outputs, including content, formatting, fonts, templates, language, and grammar.
- Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for clients to address any management queries or concerns.
- Escalation Management: Know when to escalate issues to ensure clients have the best experience with our network and products.
- Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry and media/marketing trends.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and foster strong relationships with media partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2-3 years + experience in account management
- Excellent understanding of best practices, media strategy, and account management.
