Responsibilities:

• Full function of Accounts Payable (except stock)
• Issuing of Purchase Orders / Signing off on supplier orders
• Issuing notices of service cancellations to suppliers where required
• Attending monthly / quarterly supplier engagement meetings to represent finance
• Verifying completeness and accuracy of supplier billing
• Identifying, logging and managing disputes of suppliers to prompt resolution
• Obtaining internal approvals on supplier invoices where necessary
• CPT stock backup – issuing and receiving stock (physically & recording system transactions)
• Customer to Supplier completeness (monthly check) – new services, existing services, terminated services
• Ensure timeous capturing of approved supplier invoices to ensure supplier payments are timeous
• Ensure VAT compliance on all supplier invoices capturing 

Requirements

• Relevant financial qualification
• 5 years experience
• Sage experience
