  • We are looking for a talented Accounts Receivables Associate – Level III to join our team specializing in Finance for our Customer Collections Department in Johannesburg , Gauteng, South Africa.
  • Efficient Payment Processing: By working with complex customers to process payments, you’ll ensure timely and accurate transactions, improving cash flow.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Handling both basic and complex customer inquiries will enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to prepare and analyze accounts, conduct root cause analysis, and compile financial information is crucial for identifying trends and making informed decisions.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in processing payments, preparing statements, and reconciling General Ledger accounts will help maintain financial integrity and prevent errors.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/ Experience:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience
