Actuarial Reporting Specialist needed at Network Recruitment

What You’ll Do:

• In this dynamic role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping how performance is measured and communicated both internally and externally. You’ll play a critical part in the IFRS17 journey, helping interpret financial impacts, support planning efforts, and advise on key metrics in a post-IFRS17 landscape. Your expertise will also help elevate investor confidence through thoughtful analysis and disclosure enhancements.

Key Highlights of the Role:

• Drive and support IFRS17 implementation across reporting and performance functions
• Collaborate on financial forecasts and deliver impactful performance insights
• Guide stakeholders on IFRS17 technical matters and scenario analyses
• Contribute to audit readiness and enhance internal methodologies
• Partner with planning and investor teams to refine performance narratives
• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitor trends and disclosures

What We’re Looking For:

• You must be a qualified actuary (FASSA or equivalent), with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
• A minimum of 3 years in financial reporting within life insurance (IFRS, EV, SAM)
• Hands-on exposure to IFRS17 work is a strong advantage
• Background in audit or consulting engagements preferred
• Proven project leadership and adaptability in fast-moving environments
