  • To control and support the business administration processes of AFGRI Retail branches

Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS    

  • Diploma/Advanced certificate in the relevant field
  • A valid driver’s licence is essential
  • At least 5 years’ experience within an FMCG or Agri Retail environment

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

  • Ensure branch compliance in terms of health and safety
  • Management of administrative controls and report processes
  • Manage and develop staff
  • Manage stock stock-taking process in AFGRI Retail branches
  • Manage logistics/allocation of staff to assist branches to minimise employee-related and other business-related risks
  • Monitor the effectiveness of business processes

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES          

  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Excellent administrative knowledge
  • Knowledge of financial principles
  • Knowledge of OHSA
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
