Description
- Perform general office duties.
- Arrange work sessions and staff meetings with employees and coordinate all logistical arrangements for the Division.
- Receive and record incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure proper record-keeping for the Division.
- Prepare and distribute minutes, presentations, as well as general office documentation/communication to ensure that information, reach relevant identified parties.
- Responsible for the accommodation and flight arrangements for the Executive in accordance with CSOS travelling policy and procedures to the satisfaction of the division.
- Provide management support to the Executive.
- Provide effective administration of all Governance and dispute management related processes and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain registration database.
Requirements
- Grade 12 plus secretarial training and/or certificate in MS Office Suite.
- A secretarial diploma or a diploma in office administration, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration and Executive Assistant
- 5-7 years working experience within a secretarial of administrative support role to a senior manager or executive in general office practices or procedures.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, records management and general administration
