- A Senior certificate with appropriate experience in HR Administration. (A National Diploma in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage). Valid driver’s license.
DUTIES :
- Handle the administrative processes with regards to recruitment, selection, and placement, which entail: Advertising vacancies, processing of applications, attending interviews, writing submissions for appointments and appointment letters, prepare and provide employment statistics to the Head of Human resources.
- Ensure adherence to effective implementation of policies regulations and Acts regarding HR. Process appointments, transfers, promotions, relocations.
- Maintain and provide related statistical information. Management of learners or interns within the unit.
