- Daily, correct and accurate split of payments received on Bank statement
- Accurate applying of payments posted by HO on system
- Debt collecting
- Debtor enquiring
- Create and post orders for all courier invoices
- Create orders for w/goods sold by sales personal
- Order and distribute office supply orders on a monthly basis
- Purchase staff refreshments & cleaning products and allocating it to the correct GL`s
- Complete credit card expenses on a monthly basis.
- Create orders for Demo Requests and assessments of second-hand tractors for whole goods
- Printer readings for Nashua on a monthly basis
- Register warranties of new tractors sold on Agconet
- Maintain a safe working environment (according to safety policy and procedures)
- Effective self-management and performance ownership
- Adherence to any reasonable instruction
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Minimum Qualification
- Grade 12
Minimum Experience
- Administrative experience – minimum 4 years
- A technical background will be an advantage
- Experience in a Service background an advantage
