Job Summary

  • This role involves providing administrative and office support within Constantia Fertiliser, with a focus on processing purchase orders and invoices, receiving stock, assisting with sales and reconciliations, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Process purchase orders, invoices and related documentation
  • Receive and check stock deliveries
  • Assist with sales processing and daily reconciliations
  • Prepare and capture reports, ensuring accurate data summaries
  • Perform general office and administrative support tasks
  • Logistics support and co-ordination

Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Agricultural background / knowledge (advantageous)
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate with strong administrative skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
