Job Summary
- This role involves providing administrative and office support within Constantia Fertiliser, with a focus on processing purchase orders and invoices, receiving stock, assisting with sales and reconciliations, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Process purchase orders, invoices and related documentation
- Receive and check stock deliveries
- Assist with sales processing and daily reconciliations
- Prepare and capture reports, ensuring accurate data summaries
- Perform general office and administrative support tasks
- Logistics support and co-ordination
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- Agricultural background / knowledge (advantageous)
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Computer literate with strong administrative skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
