What you’ll do:

  • Performing general and administrative tasks of the office daily
  • Account administration for both Client and 3rd Party Contractors / Vendors
  • Compile project completion documentation
  • Capture and update ERP systems and tracking sheets
  • Processing documents for Procurement and Accounts for invoicing
  • Organizing and maintaining files so they are available to all staff members
  • Creating, preparing and maintaining reports or presentations
  • Occasional travel to perform errands, such as delivering files/items/stock
  • CRM uploads Quotewerks and orders
  • Answering the telephone
  • Taking messages
  • General Invoicing
  • Sending out e-mails
  • MS outlook, excel, word
  • Clicks invoices, LEIS invoices
  • Managing Accounts and Queries

Your expertise:

  • Function related experience: 3-5 years
  • Function related experience on Netsuite Quote Works: 1 – 2 years

Qualifications:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Microsoft Office Suite
