Administration Clerk: Operating License Processing (Vangate) – 5 Posts Available, Ref No. WCMD 115/2025 needed at Western Cape Government

Job Purpose    

• The Western Cape Mobility Department, Western Cape Government, has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to render administrative support services to the Division Operating License Processing.
• The successful incumbent must be able to work under pressure, willingness to work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines.

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).

Key Performance Areas    

• Render general clerical support services; Provide supply chain clerical support services within the component; Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component; Provide financial administration support services in the component.

Competencies    

• Good understanding of the following: Clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics; Legislative framework governing the Public Service; Working procedures in terms of the working environment.
• Skills needed: Customer Care, Reporting, Problem-solving, Creative thinking,
• Decision making; Ability to work under pressure; Willingness to work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines.

Remuneration    

• R 228 321- R 268 950 per annum (Salary Level 5)
