We’re looking for a Seed Production/Administrative Technician – Delmas

In this role, you will use your administrative/safety/shipping experience to serve as a team member in the Seed Production team to conduct planning, support, data, collection, safety reviews, inventory management and shipping procedures in East of South Africa
You Will Be Part of Growing Team
Research and Development
Your Challenge:
- Administrative Support where required
- General filing and update of the Document Warehouse report – send boxes once scanned
- Destroying old documents as per company procedure
- Conducting all annual reviews on EHS&S
- Manage inventory of consumables by issuing and running the live system
- Manage asset inventory and updates
- Assist with seed shipments and packing
Key Stakeholders and Interactions:
- Serve as a team member in the Centralized Seed Operations

- Delmas Olifantsfontein Research Farm
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or Diploma in scientific related field
- Ability to make timely decisions, assist to solve problems and build consensus
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills are required for fostering teamwork, enhancing a good working environment, and effectively developing strong working relationships with a diverse group of people
- Technical skills are beneficial
- Proficiency in Office software such as spreadsheets, mail, calendar, and presentation software.
- Always comply with safety regulations and country laws
- Valid driver’s license is required
