Experience
- 1 – 2 years of experience
Duties
- Creating and implementing standard operating procedures
- Creating, confirming, and receipting of purchase orders
- Ordering consumables
- Reconciliation of accounts and attending to accounts issues.
- Managing of boardrooms, coffee machines and attending to all facilities related matters.
- Ordering, receiving, and issuing stock
- Maintain an asset register of all appliances and furniture within the facility
- Provide descriptions of assets in terms of colour, make and model
- Indicate estimated salvage value of assets
- Indicate amount of depreciation accumulated
- Track existing assets and report depreciation in collaboration with finance
- Process sale and purchasing of assets
