Requirements: 

  • A three-year bachelor’s degree or three-year Diploma / National Diploma in Office/Business/Public Administration, Secretarial Support, or related field. At least three years’ experience in the office administration or in an office support role. Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel Access, Outlook), Excellent Planning skills. Good communication skills (written and verbal), Telephone handling skills. Administration and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience in the health sector, private, public service or regulatory environment or working with self-assessment and reporting systems would be an advantage. 

Duties:

  •  Liaise and communicate with internal units and outside stakeholders with regards to matters pertaining to the Self-Assessment system. Provide administrative support for the Health Standards Development and Training Unit. Administrative support on the Self-Assessment system. Logistical arrangements for meetings and visitors to the unit. Identify areas for development
