Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Maintain a high quality of work.
  • Identify and resolve queries and problem accounts (daily).
  • Prevent the debtor’s book from ageing. Take corrective action where required.
  • Unallocated balances must be worked on daily and check that all allocations are done.
  • Provide high quality customer service on a daily basis.
  • Achieve monthly targets as set out by management.
  • You will provide daily and or weekly feedback to your supervisor/manager when required.
  • Documentation must be done accurately and correct.
  • Perform data cleaning and transformation as necessary to prepare it for analysis.
  • Assist in conducting data analysis using statistical methods, data visualization tools,
  • Summarize findings in clear and concise reports
  • Liaise with Call Centres:
  • New accounts, closure of accounts
  • management of direct payments
  • Stop/Activate Billing
  • Payment Management
  • Management of VAS contracts of accounts with other code rejections
  • Management of Legal Handovers
  • Site visit to call centre’s bi-monthly
  • Provide EDC with weekly stats and progress reports

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent(Advantageous) 
  • 2+ years credit control experience
  • 1+ years Customer service or call centre experience
  • CRM experience
  • Credit management certification

Education

  • National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12
