Key Responsibility Areas:
- Maintain a high quality of work.
- Identify and resolve queries and problem accounts (daily).
- Prevent the debtor’s book from ageing. Take corrective action where required.
- Unallocated balances must be worked on daily and check that all allocations are done.
- Provide high quality customer service on a daily basis.
- Achieve monthly targets as set out by management.
- You will provide daily and or weekly feedback to your supervisor/manager when required.
- Documentation must be done accurately and correct.
- Perform data cleaning and transformation as necessary to prepare it for analysis.
- Assist in conducting data analysis using statistical methods, data visualization tools,
- Summarize findings in clear and concise reports
- Liaise with Call Centres:
- New accounts, closure of accounts
- management of direct payments
- Stop/Activate Billing
- Payment Management
- Management of VAS contracts of accounts with other code rejections
- Management of Legal Handovers
- Site visit to call centre’s bi-monthly
- Provide EDC with weekly stats and progress reports
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent(Advantageous)
- 2+ years credit control experience
- 1+ years Customer service or call centre experience
- CRM experience
- Credit management certification
Education
- National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12
