About the role

  • Creating & maintaining contractor payroll numbers in the HR system. Processing invoices for payment, creating a goods receipt in the SAP system. Managing invoice queries with internal departments & external agencies. Creating & maintaining contractor purchase orders within the SAP system. Management & monthly distribution of the Company Accrual. Creating internal cross-charges (CAT’s) for chargeable resources. Managing the team group email inbox – responding to queries/questions/requests & categorise tasks. Producing daily/weekly/monthly team stats. Producing daily/weekly/monthly business stats. Dealing with different business areas for different queries (AP/Finance/Hiring Managers etc) – full training will be given.

What we require

  • Matric or Equivalent Qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written use of French language
  • Experience working on SAP system
  • Ability to multitask and priorities workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office – ie. Outlook and basic Excel 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good Interpersonal skills – build rapport with immediate teams but likewise able to pick up the phone to Engineers/Resource Managers
  • Proactiveness and the ability to deal with the demands of a busy role at times
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new systems – ie. iRequest and SAP
  • High level of integrity
  • Experience working independently
  • Team player
  • Able to work to deadlines

Key Skills & experience

  • Proven data entry skills, ideally from a numerical background, SAP experience is a bonus
  • 2 yrs Administration Management experience
