What you will be expected to do as a Business Unit Coordinator

• Working together with the Safety Reps and HSE Coordinator ensuring that the department complies with the requirements of the company’s Health & Safety policies
• Assist the Material Controller with the control and monitoring of finished goods into and out of the department
• Assist with accurate weekly stock takes of finished goods and consumables
• Manage the reconciliations and capturing of data associated with raw material control
• Update the efficiency schedules on a daily basis
• Update weekly wages and other production schedules
• General administrative duties as required by the Production Team Leader and Executive
• Update the register of NCQR and CFAR’s for monitoring of trends and statistics
• Follow up on DRM actions
• Submit and follow-up on trials and associated ISIR requests
• Assist with staff and general queries

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Minimum of a Degree, Bcom Supplychain preferable
• Maths or Accountancy passed in Grade 12 is essential
• Have at least 3 years’ experience in an administrative type position
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be advantageous
• Excellent computer skills, especially Excel
• Excellent administration skills
